Our women's organization (UMW) is very active in missions and spiritual development.
Our current ministries include:
Our UMW also goes on spiritual renewal retreats approximately twice a year. Either for a day or a weekend for a time of renewal and reflection
Our current ministries include:
- Faithful Fingers Prayer Shawl Ministry
- Monthly collections of needed items for the Atlantic City Rescue Mission
- Seasonal organization of the Turkey donations collected in November
- Christmas Angel Tree gifts for children of those living in the Atlantic City Rescue Mission and others in our community
- “No Baby Wet Behind” diaper drive for Absecon Family Services held in May
- The collection of disaster response supplies for the United Methodist Committee On Relief (UMCOR) in Oct
- Hosting funeral receptions for grieving families as requested
